Our lifetime finish guarantee is available for purchase and through certain promotions to retailers only and covers the disc to the following extent:

The disc is covered through any transfer of ownership. The tamper evident label must be fully intact and unaltered in its original location. Guarantee is available only to single-sided 5" discs. Malicious or intentional damage interpreted at our discretion voids all warranty. Cracked discs and discs with fatal label side damage will not be refinished. "Lifetime Finish Guarantee" discs sent in for (re)refinishing must arrive with payment to cover regular return shipping and handling rates. Please consult our pricing page for rates. Any quantity rates for shipping may be combined with any order. Guaranteed discs do not count towards the total number of discs when figuring price breaks for first time discs being repaired. AuralTech CD Refinishing reserves the right to amend and/or change any terms of this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
