"Dear AuralTech,
You are wonderful! I sent you a scratched CD and you fixed it and returned it to me in a week's time. It was such a crazy week that I forgot to enclose payment with the CD. You went ahead, fixed and returned it to me anyway. I realized my mistake and called you. But, you already had refinished the disk and mailed it out to me. I am very impressed! Not many companies would do that. I am a teacher; I will highly recommend you to all of the staff at my school. Again, Thank you!
Sincerely,
Patsy Hansen"

"Gentlemen:
To be perfectly honest, I had already resigned myself to having to purchase a new program in order to replace the severely scratched (or should I say gouged?) CD I mailed you for an attempted repair.
Seven days and $6.50 later, an apparently brand new and shiny CD was delivered to me. It installed in a snap, which it would not do originally. Excellent service at a good price is an endangered species these days, but not in your case. I would recommend you without hesitation to anyone with a CD they think is beyond repair.
Keep up the good work!
Sincerely,
Joshua Wertheim"

"Ladies and Gentlemen:
Enclosed please find two compact discs, The Time-Life Treasury of Christmas, for refinishing and a check for $10.00.
I know you must hear this all the time, but I wanted to thank you for the wonderful job you did refinishing two other CDs that I sent in earlier this year. Both were imports that are no longer available and each was worth about $75.00. I had not been able to play them for some time. Since I got them back from you they have not left my CD player!
I have, of course, recommended your company to all of my family, friends, and co-workers. In fact since I work for a system integrator/engineering firm we will probably be sending you many CDs in the future.
Thank you again and I hope that all of you and your families have a happy, healthy and safe holiday season.
Sincerely,
Mary-Jo Hinkle"

"Hello.
I found your web Site via mass mail sent to me at AOL. After calling your location, I had several extremely scratched CDs sent to you. These CDs are out of print, and extremely special to me. I got them back within one week, and they are perfect. I work in customer service, and know that CS typically receives problem calls and letters, so I wanted to send you a thank you.
Thank you very much,
Gregory Larson"

"...My daughter had tried to force her favorite Disney CD-ROM into the drive improperly.
It was scratched quite badly and wouldnt run anymore. I thought it was $40.00 down the
drain, but then I remembered a friend mentioned that AuralTech
refinishes CDs. I called
him and he told me how good you were. I was skeptical, but decided it was worth a
try. After all, it was a lot cheaper than buying a new disc! In just a short time I had
the CD back, and it played like new. My daughter is thrilled! We both want to thank
you for your service."

"...I'd never imagined the potential to be so great. I'm the only
store in the area that is
buying "damaged" CDs, and the word is starting to get out. It is no surprise that the popular
titles get damaged the most. I keep having you refinish more and more, and Im selling
them nearly as fast. My sales for the past quarter are a good 20% higher than last
year, and I am certain it is because of AuralTech. We have begun checking our
entire stock for scratched CDs that arent selling. You can expect several
hundred more than usual this month.
Many thanks!"

"...About a month ago I made a terrible mistake. I was about to use one of the company's
CD-ROMs, when I accidentally dropped it in my lunch. I quickly wiped it off, but it was
still streaked, and, not thinking, I used a cloth dampened with acetone to clean it up. This
just made a bad problem worse. I nearly went into a panic thinking I would have to
replace a $300.00 disk! Then I remembered running across you on the Internet.
I was
able to borrow a duplicate disk from a friend while I sent the damaged one to you. In
less than three weeks I had the damaged one back. It was working as good as new,
and the best part was - the boss never found out! I just wanted to write to thank
you for offering this invaluable service!"
